Abstract

The launch of the Journal of Critical Synthetic Realism (JCSR) marks a significant moment in contemporary intellectual history. It represents not merely the introduction of a new academic platform, but the deliberate inauguration of a new way of thinking—one that seeks to respond to the profound epistemic, moral, and civilizational challenges of our time. In an era increasingly defined by fragmentation, relativism, and the erosion of shared standards of truth, the need for a coherent, integrative, and critically grounded framework of knowledge has become urgent. It is within this context that Critical Synthetic Realism (CSR) emerges as both a philosophical intervention and a constructive project.
